Kat leads our consultancy team - its approach, mindset and thinking as we evaluate each project. She also leads our thinking on the documentation used in the consultancy phase, ensuring we communicate ideas clearly.

Creative Manager

Matt leads our initiative to move creative and architectural development inline with developments in technology, production and usage.

A key requirement of a project’s ‘upstream’ activities - design and architecture - is that they do not run out of kilter with available budget. Balancing requirements against delivery routes, Matt creates plans for sites that can be delivered without compromise - something which is essential to successful project delivery.

Matt leads the push into component-based design and architecture for responsive site-building.

Quality Assurance

Salema leads an initiative to develop quality assurance in the context of web production - where QA is more than the process of snagging sites prior to delivery.

In our production process QA includes matching deliverables (IA, design and finished site) against original documentation. It involves looking for patterns of issues across all projects that are fed back to the team. This helps to improve ownership and the quality and accuracy of work. It also makes it easier for clients to sign off each project phase.

Senior Project Manager

Leading our project management team, Tacita owns the training and mentoring of our PMs, as well as delivering some of our largest projects.

Our approach to project management centres around the use of ‘Creative APIs’ - specially designed documentation that ensures creative, technical and clients teams are all able to understand each other.

We also encourage direct communication between our production staff, including developers, and clients.

Tacita has lots of experience from the worlds of account management, web consultancy and project management. She has a broad understanding of web production and is able to match facts with intuition to keep large projects on track.

Creating an approach to consultancy that is both structured, and also flexible, ensures that proposals get client engagement, as well as early buy-in from the production team.

Methodical and thoughtful. Toby’s most notable strength is the ‘Columbo question’ (after the famous television detective series). Namely, an ability to remember to ask one last question when everyone else thinks the meeting is over; the question that makes the key difference to the result.

Information Archtiect

Websites - what they do and deliver - is a rapidly evolving game. Coupled with a shift toward sites being accessed from smaller screens, and on the move - architecture and user experience is changing quickly.

Working alongside the creative team, Vicky is exploring new ways of visualising site structure. Vicky leads an initiative to ensure that our IA thinking is both clear to the client and sufficiently detailed to guide production without mistakes.

Understanding and adapting to changing requirements quickly and thoughtfully. Vicky is a key member of our creative team.
