A: We use desktop PC's, Macbooks, laptops and much more in a relaxed environment that helps us to produce the best work.

A: We like to work together on projects to share knowledge and ideas that can help each member continue to improve and learn new techniques.

A: We like to put a personal touch to all of the websites we create and cater to the needs of the client so the website provides exactly what the client wants and needs.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth is the best source of work for us but we also get some work through search engines and social media.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: talk with the client, design, get approval, create, then the client can enjoy.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: working to the specifics the client gives you and going above and beyond to deliver a website they will be happy with.

A: We try to be as accommodating as possible for all clients and try to resolve any issues clients have with our work swiftly.

A: Look at the work they have done, speak to them about the project and make an informed decision on who to choose.

A: Working on a larger scale for companies needing website design

A: I have no doubt the web design industry will continue to grow and evolve and we plan to do the same

A: As the owner I had been designing websites for a long time so the website name was chosen to reflect that.

A: Learn a little bit about your clients and fins out what they would like to see, then provide that on your website, if you are giving them what they want they will continue to use your service.
