A: It's a small, but growing team. We start the day by planning the day ahead, work hard all day long and obsess over the small details that really make a website that extra bit special.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We go the extra mile, most web companies want to create a website and then move onto the next project. We want to create your website and then push you in the right direction to grow your online business.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendations and leads, we work hard to ensure our clients are happy. Nothing is too much trouble, we'll work all day and night to ensure you're a success. If you are making money from your website, then we'll see a return from that with repeat business.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Once a deal has been agreed and it's clear exactly what the client is looking for a development plan comes into play and from that we create a design and then head to development. Next comes testing and additional SEO work.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication. We like to communicate our ideas and experince to our clients. We listen to what they need and really go for it.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We love demanding clients, if a client is demanding they want the best, they will work hard to ensure their website is being seen and heard. You can't really make a success online without putting some hard work in while demanding a lot from yourself and others around you.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Speak to the companies clients, ask them if their websites have been profitable for them. Ask about their experience with the designer and developer you would possibly be assigned with. Make sure your website is not outsourced, the coding that comes back is terrible and won't be easy to work with in future.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Bigger and better than everyone around us. Dedication to being a success drives us further ahead every day. We really believe our success is based on our clients success, we love repeat business, it's what makes us stronger. A healthy portfolio of succesful websites is well within our grasp.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It's getting cheaper by the day to get a website created. Don't let your website get outsourced, ensure it's made in the UK or other established countries. Coding standards are a large element to a website, the code you never see is what makes sure everything works well.

A: Get your website linked on lots of websites, directories, discount sites, price comparrison websites, any website link you get helps improve your websites visability. The bigger the website that links to you the better. It's a lot of work to do this, the profit you will see in return will be worth it - trust me.
