I use 3 leading content management systems, The first being the paid cms system called kentico a very large cms system with endless possibilites and features. I also build websites on the wordpress platform allowing nearly all the functionality of the paid kentico cms system and is considered one of the easiest platforms from a clients point of view. For sites requiring only small sections that need simple text and image updates I use a web based platform called cushycms the site is then designated editable regions that can easily be updated on the cushycms website. Jess the florist approached us when she opened her new flower shop in the town of Hinckley. She asked if we could get her up and running with a site where she could keep everybody updated through social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and a blog. She also asked to be able to show her latest work and to have a promotions area to let people know which events are coming up in the public calender ( Valentine’s Day being one of the most obvious). We said , Yep ! no problem and that’s exactly what she’s got.
