We now have 2 sites with MiStore for our charity and main fundraising event, the HEROES RUN. Using MiStore has been the best decision we have ever made. The CMS is very intuitive and the flexibility available for the price is unparallelled. The design team nailed what we were after within a few drafts and the traffic to our site has rocketed up since we went live, not to mention the money we raise. The great service continues once the site is complete as the team are always on the end of the phone for technical support. We now also use Face Media for all our printed requirements. The standard of finish is top notch plus it is very convenient to have our web and printing suppliers in the same place. Finally, as repeat customers we feel very well looked after. I have used Facemedia and Mistore for all my graphic designing, posters postcards, and now I have just signed off the FANTASTIC website they have done for me . I can honestly say that they have made everything really easy for me and have held my hand through the whole process. From day one working with the Mistore team was genuinely a pleasure. The oddly, yet most noticeable thing when you first speak to them is that no matter who answers the phone, you feel as if they are personally dealing with your enquiry, even if they are not! Their customer service and warmth on the phone is truly incomparable and that alone is a good reason to recommend the company, yet through every step of the process, you feel as if you are their only client (even though you know you are not of course), and that no matter how banal your query, they are always happy to give you a full explanation. The design process is truly collaborative, and again no matter who you are discussing your design ideas with, there is a profound desire on the Mistore part to really understand not only your product, but also your marketplace. Quite simply I cannot recommend them enough. From a website design brief in the first instance, we now use Mistore and Face Media for everything we require creatively; from posters to flyers, programmes to headed paper and all our other advertising and business needs, simply because they have taken the time to understand our product and our brand as well as us.
