A: Very relaxed and fun atmosphere in the office, always helps to get things done.

A: Its crucial that we work together very well. We make sure that we know what the scope of the job is so that we can help each other achieve what is needed

A: We dont just focus on building good websites we focus on making sure that the website works for customer and helps them increase thier business

A: We get alot of work through word of mouth

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Contact > Meeting > Draft Design > Second Meeting > Changes To Draft > Development > Close

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We believe that relationship builds a strong connection with a client. However it is hard to define one area that helps build it, there are a variety.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We find its important to remind customer, that although they are valued customers they are not the only ones

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Its not always about the price and the company but more about the individual. Do you think you can work with them? And do you think they understand what you are looking to achieve.

A: A UK market leader.

A: Good question.... more than likly in 3D

A: Remember that although its your website, its not you that will be using it, its potential customers... what are they going to be looking for?
