Q: What's your name and position in the company?
A: I am Gabor and I am the founder of Mingleflow
Q: Describe your company in 5 words.
A: Flexible, fits to your business needs, ready to help and want to help- Free consultation, simple and effective
Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are ready to help to design and build modern mobile-friendly websites for individuals or companies to achieve the best possible result in their internet presence. We believe everybody needs a website as most of us use the internet as a given tool to do our every day search and live our life, so every successful business needs a fancy website which fits to their business needs.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are a family business and we treat our customers the best possible way by interacting a lot and discussing next steps often. We create a friendly environment and listen to ideas and generate more together. We do not just create a website for them but we provide consultation based on our previous experience and market research which we use to help them to form the perfect solution.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We work with a small team so communication is not an issue. Our main emphasis is keeping the clients posted as well. Once we have a prototype of what we discusses we share it with the client and start a conversation where we can implement small changes without charging them more.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a friendly company and our aim is not just to create a website but to advise clients how to use it as much as possible. After creating a website we often take a next step by creating a back office system as well. We get to know the workflow of our client and advise ways how they can implement changes and make it more efficient by using a web-based application which can collect and summarise information to them. This way they don't just use a website to show content but they can use it to communicate to clients and collect inquiries or send emails to advice on ongoing campaigns. We do everything to meet with our clients' need.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We can fulfil needs of an individual or companies as well who wishes to have a modern website with a good search engine optimalisation and with a system which helps them to update their website or provide them help to manage their day to day workflow.
We can create a simple website or we can build a system to underlay whole workflow structure depending on what is needed.
We collect client queries from our website (same way as we advise our clients to do that) and we search for opportunities locally and globally.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: First we meet or talk to our clients and discuss their needs. Usually we ask for a summary after it where they can list their needs. Once we received their short summary we provide a documentation based on that with our suggestion and the technical details how we want to achieve the discussed. This is our proposal letter which if they agree we start implementing the project by providing an initial version of the discussed website. We share each phase with the clients once we are ready so they can give feedback as well as make up their mind and request small changes for which we do not charge any additional fee. Once we reached the full implementation, we have a one month test period when the website is up and running and if we receive any reported issue we fix it with priority. After the one month there will be no problem with the website which will be managed by the clients who have a full documentation how to do that.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication is the basis of everything. If we discuss details there won't be any misunderstanding and the client will receive the desired outcome quickly. We provide free consultation where we discuss not just their idea, but the outcome from the client perspective and give them an analyses of their competitors. After implementing a project we do not abandon our clients, but help them when needed or give them advise if they ask for it.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Demanding clients are always good to have as they increase the efficiency and quality and we can learn a lot from them. Our key is consultation and once we get to know each other it is easier to manage expectation and give them the clients what they really wish for.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: - Filter on the local companies or companies who are willing to consult you free of charge even if they are not in your country (skype, etc)
- Select companies who provide mobile-friendly websites
- Select companies who give you customised solutions not just changing wordpress templates, so that way you can really have a unique website
- Select companies who do front and back end, otherwise you need to spend a lot of time mingling their product
- Select companies who do not stop at the point after they delivered the desired website, but do maintaining as well
- Select companies who can build you additional features, like a back end system
- Select companies who provide you free consultation during implementation
- Select the company who will only focus on you during implementation so give you the full attention

As a tech company, Mingleflow will follow the innovations on the market and will be constantly implementing changes in its methods and approaches to fulfil all the needs of its clients

A: I believe the world is getting more and more simple in terms of design as everybody wants to give the same user experience on any device (computer, tablet, phone or on glasses in the future).
The market will be divided into two parts: individuals will use "do-it-yourself" websites with little or no interaction by professionals and companies will have integrated and unique websites which represent their brand and which will not only be used to display content but to collect information and data of their clients.
Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: To get the most out of your website you need to answer the following:
- what you want to achieve with your website, define your main goals
- what you think your clients want to see on your website and in what structure
- what your competitors show on their website
- if your workflow is sufficient enough to fulfil your clients' need in the most effective way, do you have any manual task which you can replace with a click?
