Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We pride ourselves in our extensive methods, from the initial market research stages through to full testing and updates. At MF Web Designs the customer is always put first and at the forefront of our minds. Finally, ee believe we are different from others because we truly want to build lasting relationships with clients as well as provide value for money and amazing websites.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our office is small with only two people in it most of the time. We like to help eachother to ensure all projects are completed on time and to an amazing standard. We are always professional, very friendly and we try to be helpful so please contact us.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We interact through phone, in person and via social media websites. We work very well together after meeting and becoming friends at University.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are different because we really care. Every site we create is full of passion and love. From the initial market research right through to testing. We also believe in creating lasting relationships with clients, helping them with other projects and offering great discounts. Our pricing is also very cheap and we offer a price promise where we will beat any similar quote!

A: Word of mouth!

A: Market Research, Designs, Implementation, Testing, SEO, Hand over

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Listening to your clients. We always listen and take note of exactly what our clients want before any work is started. Throughout the project we also have regular checks and meetings to make sure the client is happy.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: They are paying so there are never any problems. We like a challenge anyway....

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at what you get for your money firstly. Some companies sound like they have amazing prices however with add on's such as maintenance and SEO they are really not the best. Also look at the projects they have already completed. If you like what you see and the price is within your budget then they are probably good for you!

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Hopefully as a market leader!!!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Only getting bigger and better. With newer technologies and computers/devices capable of displaying more websites will become HD, 3D and more.

A: keep sending us updates. if your site gets stale people will not check back and therefore you will lost not gain traffic.
