I was introduced to Mash Web Design and Adam Collins by a company I was doing some work for. Having worked with a number of web design agencies, it was refreshing to work with someone who clearly had excellent technical knowledge but was able to share that knowledge in a way that was easy to understand and visualise. Adam understood that we wished to have as much control as possible over our website once it was live. Not only did he build the site with this in mind, he put together a comprehensive training package to ensure this could happen. Our new website is fresh, modern, mobile friendly and has already had excellent feedback from our customers.

After using an out of date and old website for a number of years, Adam @ Mash Web Design was recommended to us. We are more than happy with the new website and the service provided by Adam to build and train the relevant personnel to maintain the new and on-going website. After hiding on twitter and Facebook for the past few years, I was slightly hesitant to branch out onto the web – But Adam made this transition painless, swift and insightful. I first met with him in October – with just a rough brief of what I'd like to see in the site. Adam explained the various avenues open to me, in some detail – from here, Adam made his recommendations for the most appropriate route for complete. Even this simple process allowed for clarity and ensured i was aware and happy with each decision made.
From here we moved onto the design aspect, It took some time to narrow down what was required but again, Adam was patient and informative in guiding me through the minefield of web development. Adam then went away to build a few 'dummy' sites – with various layouts and designs. Each of these were meticulously thought out and beautifully designed, we chose the design and Adam got to work.
The actual build was completed earlier than expected, and to budget. I was kept updated throughout and Adam would always allow time for decision-making, which i took full advantage of! Once the build had been completed, I was given a guided tour of the finished product – i was staggered at the quality of the site, and i cannot wait to show it off – when its launched in January 2015.
And as an added bonus, we were offered the opportunity to have a video tutorial made, enabling a virtual step-by-step guide on how to navigate and get the most from the new site. This feature will be invaluable in the recruitment of new staff to Complete Traffic in the coming months and years.
Adams eye for detail and innovative design has produced something i thought was impossible, and opened my organisation up to a whole new wealth of customers, which were previously out of our reach. We now have a professional website to take our brand forward, and bring an unrivalled service to our customers – new and old!
I am enormously proud of our new website, and would happily recommend Adam and the team at Mash to anyone seeking a cost effective, sleek and responsive service – which produces high quality websites for all. We have already enlisted Adams services for a secondary project we're working on, which will begin development in early 2015.

The only way I can describe Adam is quite simply by calling him a Malaren. You know there’s other cars out there that can cost more maybe have a slightly better image but fact of the matter is the engineering behind a Mercedes is quite possibly the best out there.
Faultless throughout. Our website took about 3 weeks to complete, I had constant communication with him throughout as he was very insistent that I have as much say as possible over the functionality and design of the site. I am over the moon with the way he has built our site. I was getting quotes of nearly ¾ times as much for the same product but the personal touch Adam has put onto the site is unreal.
Genuine pleasure to work with The Malaren SLR of the web design world.
