Relationship & Communication:

The people at Lucid Tek are very friendly and down to earth, which is unusual for a company in this industry. They like to treat you as an equal and take all of your ideas on board and try to work out what the best course of action would be rather than telling you what you should and shouldn't have.

Our Requests:

We were not sure what we wanted. All we required was something to display our contact information and some images of our work, which we think has been achieved.

The Process:

The people at Lucid Tek keep you informed every step of the way and included us in everything right from the start. They wanted to know how we thought our company should be represented and then gave us their feedback and suggestions. Even when they were making minor adjustments to parts of the site, they either called or sent us an email with a summary at the end of the day.

Jargon:

They do use "Jargon" but they also try to explain what each term they used meant. They would go through and explain it technically and then explain it again without jargon to ensure we all understood where we were heading but also knew the correct terms for future reference.

Outcome:

We are more than happy with Lucid Tek's service, and we continue to work with them on a daily basis. They have also provided us with a full business identity, including business cards, letterheads, envelopes, t-shirt designs.

Exceptional:

They really are at the end of the phone whenever you need them. Even after 6pm on a Friday, we needed our logo resending to the printers. All we had to do was give them a call and the logo was with the printers within 10 minutes.

Complications:

The only complication we have had so far with Lucid Tek was with our email server going down. This apparently was due to technical problems that were out of their control. They did however forward all incoming emails onto hotmail accounts and take us through the setup of how to send from that address through hotmail.
