A: Word of mouth. Previous and current clients very kindly tell everyone about us!

A: I own the company and personally talk to each and every client and manage their project from start to finish until the project is complete. Clients have me as their point of contact and I discuss option and keep them informed at every stage.

A: Communication. Keeping to deadlines, explaining everything in plain English and providing outstanding customer support.

A: We make sure that everything is put in the clients bespoke specs, understood and agreed so both parties always have a work spec to refer back too. We also keep strictly to deadlines, and explain every aspect in plain English. Even the most demanding of clients are often calmed by our approach.
