A: Ambitious, Creative, Professional, Friendly, Flexible

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: At the heart of our business we're all about trying to give our clients the best, most appropriate products and services that will help their business. We work closely with everyone to make sure we understand exactly what people need, so we can give the best service we can.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Relaxed yet industrious. It has a great view of Ben Nevis!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I work with a number of specialists and everyone involved brings something different to the table. We all appreciate that the best ideas come up when you have the freedom to explore them, whether that's in the office or in the pub!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We have made pains to ensure we can control as many of the components of each project as we can, because that way in turn we can pass assurances on to clients and they can depend on us. We own and operate our server platform, technologies, software and designs and have an intricate knowledge of each.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Being open, honest and taking time to meet, and clearly explain all elements of a project.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Have a look at their websites, previous work and speak to one of the team at each, or better meet up with them and decide which one aligns best with your ideas, philosophies and personality. That way you're much more likely to get a rewarding development experience.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Something we're very keen to promote is Green IT and reduction of our server estate's carbon footprint so we're looking to be able to have a completely carbon neutral position in the next few years.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I grew up on Loch Linnhe side and have always had a soft spot for the area. Every venture I've been involved with has the moniker "Linnhe". I just like the name!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Embrace social media and make sure you keep your site up to date - a content management system should be de facto if you have purchased a site from us or elsewhere in the last few years.
