A: We stay in touch, guide you through the process and you can speak to a full webmaster straight away. We also have quite an extensive range of high-end clientele who trust us.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We usually meet to discuss full requirements, give you free advice with your targets and goals in mind then give you a quote. If you accept the quote we build you a mock design fr your approval based on your suggestions, we will adjust this free of charge until its exactly what you need. Then we charge 50% for deposit and 50% on completion. Training will be provided for anything complex such as e-commerce, we won't leave you not understanding your new site!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and understading.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: By making sure they get more than what the asked for!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Speak to the designers. Avoid anything that offers guarantees in terms of search results as no-one can guarantee this, Look at their client list and go for the one who demonstrates the most skill and knowledge (and is easily contactable).

A: The largest in Cornwall, spreading into surrounding counties.

A: As the core thrust of all sales.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Claim your google places/plus account. Its free and you can appear on the search engine listings where the map comes up with relative ease for local searches.
