A: Stunning, cost effective website design!

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: To offer value for money websites, designed to meet the needs of the client at all times. We work with technologies that allow us to work efficiently, and our friendly approach ensures a great experience for clients and their potential customers!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Working from home allows excellent flexibility for where and how I work, finding peace when required, or a little thought input from my better half on ideas and designs as each project progresses!

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: As a single person company, my 'team' becomes myself and my clients. As such, communication and discussion is the key, involving the client at all stages of the creation process to keep the ideas and thoughts flowing as the website is put together.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our approach is to integrate all requirements into a single site and website domain. We don't look to have blogs on one site, online store somewhere else, and social network integration managed individually. Our setup costs include a full 12 months of support, including site backup, an agreed number of updates to the site and where appropriate, full domain name and site hosting. Our second year and onwards attract a fixed rate support fee, ensuring your site is protected and up to date at all times.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Our business has been generated through word of mouth so far, with our clients often being the ones who put others in touch with us.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initial discussion, free demo site, then further feature discussion and price/contract agreement. Handover when the working demo site is completed to the clients satisfaction and meets the contractual agreement.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and being able to translate the clients ideas into reality, even if they are not quite sure what they want :)

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: As we manage all clients - in a patient, friendly and professional manner!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Quite probably on who they feel most comfortable working with. A web design company should hopefully be one you cultivate a long term relationship with, and if you have any doubts on whether you could work with them, then it is worth re-considering your choice.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Providing superb websites for individuals, companies, schools across the whole of the UK, keeping up to date with web-technologies and social media integration as these all change and improve in the years to come.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: More and more use of open-source CMS solutions, to harness the power of communally developed website technologies that are not hampered by the knowledge of one individual when creating websites. The use of 'free' website companies will grow, but value for money is about your own time and I feel many will still look to third parties with the time and expertise to leave the client available to do their own work!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: PC

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: From an original company name idea from 20 years ago! Unfortunately this name was being used frequently across the website design field, so I looked for a similar name that could use the same logo idea and concept.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Get the website address out there, and make as much use of updated content and social media integration as possible to keep your site up to date and noticed.
