Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: At Kings Lynn Website Design, every day is about helping our clients achieve their online goals. We provide a wealth of local knowledge and contacts, and give our clients ideas, inspiration and the motivation they need to go all the way with their business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Located on King Street in Kings Lynn town centre our offices are a friendly place for our clients to come at chat about their project.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Rob Mason is the driving force behind the company and he manages all projects. We then have a small team of devlopers and admin staff to ensure projects are finished on time and to the highest of standards.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: No jargon, no lies, no hard sell. We only choose projects we are enthusiastic about, and we don't have any project deadlines longer than 4 weeks.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We do not advertise anywhere other than our own website and facebook, and most of our new business comes from referrals of existing clients. We see this as a great indication that our clients are happy with the work we do.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We like to meet clients face to face, at which point we quickly establish the goals and requirements for the website. We then play around with a few ideas until the client is confident we are understanding their needs. Once a price and deadline are agreed we communicate mainly through email and via the phone, but some of our clients prefer face to face meetings. We are completely flexible!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: We treat each customer with the respect and honesty they deserve. We explain the development process in a language that you will understand and ensure that each site meets the specific requirements given.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Late nights, lots of coffee!

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Don't pick the cheapest, as you get what you pay for with web design. Ask to see RELEVANT examples of previous projects.
