Started off wanting to redesign my business website myself. I recognized early on that I wouldn't have the time to devote to learning Adobe Muse and designing my site like I thought I would, so thats when while researching the web I came across Karl. I reached out to Karl via email and he promptly replied back, even with the time difference (I'm in Los Angeles, Karl is in the UK). Once I explained what I was looking for and showed him a template that I had purchased, he went to work on redesigning my site. Every step of the way Karl was always good about communicating questions to me and making sure the site was looking and working the way I wanted it to. Karl was also very flexible with me when my schedule took me away from website design time and back into work time! He was awesome to work with, and we are extremely pleased with the final result!

Mr. Nuttall was incredibly helpful with the php coding on my site. Without him, I don't know how I would have been able to get a third party contact form to work correctly in muse. When I tried it on our site and came across some issues he was more than willing to help till the form itself was up and running.

He was very professional, patient, and quick to respond.

Karl is a professional! I am in the process of building a second website for our charter fishing operation in Panama using Adobe muse with a template that Karl did not design. (He is one of their top producers, and had I known, would have used one of his designs)

I was struggling with getting a contact form to work with my hosting company. Found him by doing a Google search, read his post, used his form & code. Still could not get it to work.

Sent him my code, he reviewed, fixed my errors, now works perfectly!

This is how you get customers for life......

Karl helped me loads, he was very patient in helping me with my limited understanding of web sites. He always got back to me quickly with any questions I had (which were a lot!) and he was always very detailed yet easy to understand in his response. He really knows his stuff too!

Whenever we need graphics designed for promotional or corporate use the first person we email is Karl.

He always provides excellent work with a rapid turnaround and doesn't stop working until we are happy with the work. Communication has always been excellent and fast throughout our multiple experiences with him, during and outside of UK business hours.

His pricing is more than competitive which is also a big bonus for those that want a quality product on a tight budget.

A: Professional, clean, fun, honest, reliable

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: I believe in openness. Different people see things from different perspectives due to their own experiences. As such, it is important that everybody’s opinion counts. My 'office door' is always open and people can always come to me with their ideas and thoughts, whether it is to improve on existing systems or practices, or whether it is to propose new ideas.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: I work in a nice warm office (sometimes too warm!) during the day, and by night I work from my nice warm new home :)

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I sometimes argue with my shadow when we disagree on ideas, but most of the time we usually get along!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I'm a one-man band so you don't get passed from pillar to post, you deal directly with me and me only.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Through word-of-mouth. I very rarely advertise for clients, although I probably should do! This and repeat business are my main sources.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: I offer an online project management service that offers the client full support from start to finish and I offer after sales support too on all projects.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Just been open and honest from the kick off really. There is no point in either party 'beating around the bush' or the project is just going to go nowhere.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Show me a client that isn't demanding! Isn't that what they're there for? :)

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Have a browse through the companies portfolio and see if their style of work matches your project requirements and go from there.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Still offering professional, high-quality web and graphic design services across the globe.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I can see mobile and tablet development been a massive feature in the not too near future.

A: Listen to any advice that the design company/agency/freelancer is telling you, as it's most probably the right thing to do!
