A: We work in a relaxed fun environment, where every team member has the freedom to express themselves. We are constantly striving for excellence; our staff training & development programs are at the heart of our business strategy.

A: Each team member has their own specialist area and share best practice with their colleagues.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Whilst offering top class support, Kandekore try to empower customers to understand how to manage their digital products. We try and ensure that our customers have the support they need from day one so we don't charge extortionate fees for tweaks and changes. Being an Accredited Nominet Channel Partner we are also a domain name registrar so we can manage our clients domains and hosting in-house instead of using third parties such as 1&1, 123-reg or Go Daddy.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our work comes through word of mouth or by our own marketing efforts on Google & Bing.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: As an ISO 9001 company we have a strict process which includes a project management portal which each client has access to. Our web development process ensures that we adhere to strict quality and security practices at all times.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Managing expectations and doing as you say, when you say you'll do it.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Our high quality, reliable service enables us to react to demanding clients in an efficient and effective way. The process is available to the client, meaning they have realistic expectations and we are accountable.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: They should have a named contact at the company that they feel understands their businesses needs and vision, they should be able to call and speak to someone not just communicate by email, they should know what ongoing support is available how much it costs and the restrictions or limitations.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: We want to be a major player in the domain name and hosting market, offering all internet services and obtaining a large chunk of the UK domain name registration market.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think a lot of web design will be done in house, with businesses employing a website specialist to manage their sites and customer interaction just as they would employ a receptionist or front of house person offline.

A: PC

A: It is a play on the directors surname.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Content is king, make sure you have well written, in depth, useful content on your pages. don't keep your website static add to it, edit it, update it. As your business develops, develop your website.
