Right from finding Website Design Derby on the Derbyshire Trusted Trader site we have felt in safe hands. They listened to our needs which seemed quite extensive to us, but to Will and the team were a breeze. Within a week or two we had a rough layout of the new site and we knew then we had made the right choice. They thought of little extras which has made our site look that bit different from the others out there. We were kept informed of progress which was swift.

As a school we have essential requirements for a website and Website Design Derby have listened to our needs and designed a really impressive site for our school. They listen and advise well, nothing is too much trouble.

I do administer (novice user) much of the site myself and they are always willing to help when I run into difficulty. Any material I need to be uploaded to the site by them is dealt with swiftly.

I would highly recommend them on the service they have given us.

I would definitely recommend JWP Computer Services Ltd. to anybody thinking of setting up a website. The website they created for me exceeded my expectations. I love the design, the layout and the attention to detail. A very modern and professional company who listen to their customers. I know very little about website design but everything was explained quite clearly and I felt involved in the whole process.

It is 18 months since JWP services set up my website and I have been delighted with it. It has received lots of compliments from people who have used the site. The JWP team listened carefully to what I wanted and tailor -made the site to my requirements. jwp computer services designed a web-site that it ideal for a small parish council. It carries all the information required in a simple way and is very easy for me to update.
if I have any problems the company respond quickly and explain things to me in a 'jargon free' manner.
if we require additions - these again are done quickly.

The whole process of producing our first website was carried out excellently. The initial ideas for the website, which took into account both our own and JWPs, were very appropriate for the size of the site needed and eventually proved to be excellent value for money. During the development of the site, communication was very good, jargon free and completed on time and to budget. We were and still are very happy with the final outcome and managed to achieve page 1 on Google which had not been anticipated.
