A: Creative, laid-back, innovative, easy going

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We design bespoke website solutions for local businesses and then provide them with an online plan to help with continuing to develop their presence. However we offer ongoing services to provide expert analysis and continue to help our clients.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: A newly renovated listed building that has been brought up to speed with the 21st century. The office is decked out with the latest in IT equipment to keep us on our game.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We work closely with each other gaining feedback at every point of the project. The developers get involved with the design work to help put boundaries on what is possible and what isn't.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are an easy going bunch at Jucie Creative that provide face to face support and we can never do too much for you. We love to get to know our clients and really create the best website possible for them, with on going analysis and support.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of Mouth. We are obviously doing something right if we are getting our recommendations from previous clients.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a sit down meeting at our office over a coffee, create a stunning visual for approval and then go on to build the agreed design.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: A friendly atmosphere with constant feedback and support has always seen us do well with clients. We love to talk to our clients about their business and really get a grasp of how their business operates and then try to encapsulate that into a design.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have never really had any problems with demanding clients, that being said if something will not work we will try and propose alternatives and explain (preferably with real life examples) what works and what won't work. But at the end of the day the client is paying for their service so they should get what they want.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Check out their portfolio, see the kind of style they portray. You may wish to contact some of the people on their portfolio and get a reference from them about how the design company handled their business.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Constantly expanding and growing in work force size and area covered. No project is too big.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: I think the industry will always be booming, people need information and they want it quickly. As internet speeds get faster the idea of fine tuning optimizations will become a thing of the past and hi quality imagery and videos will be a common site.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We love fruit at the office and the orange works so well with marketing materials that we went with Juice Creative.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: The more you put into your website the more you get out. But don't expect fast results, its a marathon and not a sprint with SEO.
