A: A lot of brainstorming goes into each project and constant discussions take place on how each aspect and element look and feel for the overall project.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our customer service is second to none; we are very approachable and eager to listen. Along with our customer service, our prices are very affordable. Also we understand commercial goals and aim to achieve this for our customers.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: From referrals from current and past clients along with traffic from search and PPC campaigns.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: By understanding what the client’s needs and goals are from the very beginning, we work towards this goal keeping in constant contact with the client by email, phone, text and if possible in person at our place or the clients.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, this works both ways really. The client feels part of the project discussing every aspect of the website, and we get the work done effectively on time without having to constantly keep chasing after client to get an opinion or feedback.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We keep on schedule and deliver on time, making sure the client is happy and fully understands and agrees to what work is to be carried out.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Talk to the people that will actual be working on your project and take a look at the experience they have. Websites do take time to design and create so you should pick someone who you can work and communicate with, and knowing that the company has the experience required to get the project done effectively.

A: Continue working with our current clients along with hundreds more, with a steady growth of the company.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: It will continue to grow and more features and technology with be needed and used to create a simple website. However the outcome will be amazing, just as responsive website are compared to fixed width websites.

A: Web Design is what we do and the JMA stands for the initials of someone very dear to me.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Try all aspects of promoting and marketing, once you find the avenues that are working stick to them and drop the others.
