In october 2012 we changed our website from bt to jameidia web that works they took more money from our bank account than they should have which took 3 months to get returned they also left our website with no server for 3 weeks over christmas and when i contacted them they was not even aware of this, and to date they still have not completed our website that we are supposed to be able to access to make changes but have never been able to, i have made in total 58 phone call and emails to them and they log your number so they dont answer only if you call on a number they do not have. please feel free to view our website to see what you get for your money this company is the worst i have ever used stay well clear

It is now May and i have had to use another web design company due to JAMIEDIA not delivering my CMS or making any changes to my website which due to the fact we had moved premises and we could not change or get jamiedia to change our details we lost a large amount of customers they made promises to do the changes and look at a refund but never did this is the worst company i have ever used please do not pay this company up front if you are stupid enough to use them in the first place like me

I am very dissapointed in the (lack of ) service offered by Jameidia. I contacted them in September 2012 to design and host a simple website. I was told it would be completed within 2 weeks. 8 months later, this is still not finished. When I complained in December 2012, I was told by Jamie, the owner, that " he had not got round to my complaint and had no time at the moment". I asked when he would have time and he said " when the website is finished" , he then refused to talk to me or enage with me and to this date ( April 2013) I still have not had a conversation with him about this. As my website is still not finished I still not have had my complaint heard and I have no answers as to why a company with skills and expertise in this area seem unable to complete such a simple design. I am disgusted that this company takes 100% of the fees up front but then are extrememly slow at delivering the promised service. I have been told on numberous occasions that I would be contacted and I have not been, I have also been promised that the website will be completed by a certain date, which comes and goes without any result.

Avoid this company if you want a fast reliable and honest service as this company is exactly the opposite.

My company recently collaborated with Jamiedia Internet on a number of projects, as our clients each required a robust, powerful and versatile Content Management System to be integrated with the design work we had been developing. We tried systems from a variety of companies but our demonstration from Jamiedia of their online software made the decision very easy for us.

It's rare that such a high standard of quality, flexibility, security and power be available from one source, and at such a reasonable price. We take a great deal of pride in our projects and wouldn't consider associating with a company if they were not able to help or encourage us to raise our own standard, which is exactly what Jamiedia did.

Communication throughout the project was good and we were able to work alongside one another in an efficient manner. Jamiedia Internet are now our first choice for online software, ecommerce and CMS solutions.

Jamiedia have provided me with an excellent website, their knowledge and jargon free advice made the whole process very easy. They listened to my needs and kept me up to date at all times with the progress of the site. I would definitely recommend Jamiedia to anyone wishing to have a website.

I was very impressed with the overall service jamiedia provided. I was able to work closely with the web developers to get exactly what i wanted and their knowledge and advice enabled me to understand the whole process easily.

Communication was extremely good, i was always able to contact the team and speak to the person i needed to. They kept me up to date at all times about the progress of the project and gave me accurate timescale for the work would be completed.

I was extremely pleased with the final product and would definitely recommend Jamiedia to anybody else.
