From the first meeting through to completion I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the iWeb team. They listened to our brief and advised us in certain areas, made suggestions for items we had not considered and then set about developing the site to the specification that was agreed on.
Particularly pleasing was the fact that there was none of the cloaking in technology terms to make the task seem larger than it was which obviously impacts on the final costing.
We now have a modern looking B2B site that works really well and has allowed Pyramid International to be more proactive with our customers.
I am very pleased with the end result and have already recommended other companies to use iWeb.

We contacted Interactive Web Solutions as we wanted a Web site that was quick and easy to use, allowing the customers to enjoy designing their own products, uploading images and viewing their completed designs online before ordering. This process previously took a number of hours to complete with e-mailing design proofs and amendments for just a single order.
The ease of the current Your Design site allows customers to complete designs online without interaction with the team, allowing us to print and dispatch orders more quickly and accurately, providing a high level of customer care.
The clean and simple design appeals to both gift customers and corporate customers. We regularly receive compliments on the design and functionality of the site and we would not hesitate to recommend Interactive Web Solutions. The site they have created has allowed us to increase productivity and we look forward to working with them in the future on new Web sites.
