Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Our business comes from several lead types at present; our referral work is increasing as our client base grows. Business also comes from other marketing activities. E-mail Marketing, targeted via Business to Business data lists.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: By only taking on the amount of work we have learned we can cope with.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Gaining an understanding of the client business as they see it and sometimes reminding clients, change can be good if done correctly.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I don’t know as everything is eeze with itseeze, by taking a precise client brief from the beginning, we eliminate any demanding clients by managing the client expectations and over achieving said expectations.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I would suggest writting down all the requirments a client requires from a website and matching which of the short list can tick all the boxes, I am sure we will come out on top ticking the most boxes.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Providing the same great affordable websites / service we offer now by not biting of more than we can cope with. Our business is about long terms relationships I would hope I still have the same clients I have now while gaining new clients and services evolving to what is required in 10 years time, we have a development team to make sure our services are up to date and relevant for the markets we work in.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: We are living in a world of change and people want to change things at the drop of a hat more and more, so websites that can be quickly adapted and changed to meet the growing needs of the future surfers out there. I suggest a website structure that can change quickly and effectively.

A: Both PC and Mac
