We don't make empty promises and always do our best to give our customers what they need and expect from a professional company.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Our head office team are based in our large offices in Torquay. Graphic designers, programmers, finance, management and support teams give our customers the support they need and our local consultant give local help, advice and support when they need it.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Working to comprehensive design briefs, the head office team produce brilliant websites for our customers. To do that, we work with the design team all the way through the process to make sure the customer gets what they need. From a phone call to email, or a screen sharing session, regular communication is the key to a successful project.

A: The it'seeze editing system is unique to us. it'seeze by name as it's easy to use. We help our customers to edit their own websites, so no additional costs for making updates. This means no delays in making updates either, perfect for a dynamic business.

A: Referrals from existing clients are the single biggest source of new customers. We spend a lot of time networking, talking to businesses, to make sure we offer businesses what they need. The right product doesn't need a hard-sell.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Our local consultant meets the client and gets to know them and their business. The local consultant looks after the client's needs and queries all the way through the process, so they have a single point of contact. On completion, we offer free training on our unique editing system and regular site reviews.

A: Without a doubt, understanding a customer's business is crucial to the success of a project. We take the time to listen and learn from our customers, about what is important for them.

A: Everyone is different and we appreciate that. We will take as much time as needed to explain and answer questions so that our customers understand what is involved and our commitment to getting everything as good as we can make it. Communication is key!
