Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication. At the start of each project, we meet with our clients to gain a perspective on their business, send out a proposal document and map out project milestones, right up to the project deadline. We like to keep our clients informed, every step of the way.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We think its key to make sure you spec out the project requirements right at the start and by sticking to deadlines, by scheduling production and by proper time management with client communication every step of the way, then everybody wins.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Make sure you have a detailed list of requirements for your project, check which of those companies offer all of the services you require and make your final selection by looking at online portfolios. Get at least 3 quotes in your area, negotiate a good price and don't forget to check lots of testimonials. You will soon make your decision if their portfolio contains good, high quality work, has a good reputation and the price is right.
