A: We provide a relaxed environment, one where the worker is comfortable and relaxed but remains focussed on the job at hand

A: We operate a relaxed and friendly but professional environment. We regularly hold internal meetings to discuss projects and ensure that everyone involved is aware of the objective. We encourage staff to raise new ideas that may benefit the business and discuss them.

A: We dont charge the earth like some Design Agencies. We deal a lot with new businesses so have to remain very competitive which we ALWAYS are.

A: Repeat Buisness, Word of Mouth, business networking (BNI and FSB)

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We ensure that we understand the requirement, discuss it in detail with the client, design a proof, demo it to the client, upon approval, design and develop the full solution. After final review and signoff, the project is implemented Live.

A: Understand the customers requirements, discuss them in detail, be honest, professional, friendly and finally deliver on time.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: As we do any other client, there is no difference in our approach. We ensure that at all stages the client is happy and address any areas they may not be.

A: Review testimonials, ask to speak to some of their past clients, ensure they ask to see their previous work, ask questions and what they think of your idea/concept
