I'd just like to thank Michelle at Infonomix for building me such a brilliant website.
 
I'd always had a picture in my mind as to what I wanted my website to look like and do, but I'm not very good at explaining things some times - in fact another company had tried to build me a website but gave up (I needed to go away and think about exactly what I wanted apparently!)
Michelle was excellent (and patient). We had an initial chat over the phone where she asked me some basic questions - and from this she was able to put together something that I liked the look of immediately, and that we could work together on.
Just a few weeks later and it's finished - equestriananswers.com and I cannot stop looking at it and smiling.

My name is Lynn Kelly and I run a Horse Transport business based in Dorset. When I first met Michelle of Infonomix, it was to take her horse to the vets. This gave us lots of time to chat about my business.

I had been running my business for approximately 3 years and had done fairly well, relying on word of mouth and advertising heavily in local tack shops, horsey publications and recommendations from the local vets. I wanted to expand my business and it didn’t really seem to be growing so Michelle asked whether I had considered having a website and I explained that I did have one but never had any inquiries from it.

After Michelle had explained how her Company worked in optimising websites and increasing the amount of people who could find them, I realised that I needed to get my web site working for me. No-one knew my website existed other than the clients I already had, and I always knew that the potential for more business was there just waiting !! I just didn’t know how to go about it.

I contacted Michelle very shortly after our first meeting and asked her if she could help. Michelle and I had a meeting, and I was impressed that she had already done her research so I was more than happy to hand things over to Infonomix. Within a very short time Michelle had re-vamped my web site making it much more user friendly (even for me!!), and I was very soon receiving emails and telephone calls from people for quotations to transport horses all over the U.K.

I can honestly say that in the past year, the growth of my business has been phenomenal and every day there are new enquiries from people all over the uk. I get continued support from Infonomix and Michelle is always available to talk through any other ideas to promote my business through my web site.

I am now looking forward to next year when I will be taking delivery of a new lorry – very exciting, so thanks once again Michelle at Infonomix.

I am extremely happy with the website that Michelle Hartman from Infonomix has created for me. In fact many of my clients have commented on what a fantastic professional website she has built.

More than that, without this website I wouldn’t have been able to start my business in Guernsey. Word-of-mouth was not sufficient to grow my business; people needed to see the standard of my work. In fact, I was having calls from people to book my services within an hour of seeing my website.

Approximately 2 years ago I engaged Infonomix to design and build a new website for my Holiday Cottage Business in the New Forest, and to actively market the new website via the internet on my behalf.
Their marketing strategies were extremely successful resulting in an 80% increase in forward bookings in the first year. Since then my bookings have remained consistently high, with 100% occupancy in the high and mid seasons, and around the 75% mark for off season (this is deemed to be much higher than average!).

Suggestions to further target potential guests with offers/discounts/latest event news etc. are all ongoing.

When I originally engaged Infonomix I was considering selling one of my cottages as I was unable to fill all three of them. But now I'm in the process of refurbishing it ready to market it for next year, knowing that I will be able to rent it easily and see my profits increase!

I was really excited that Infonomix achieved so much in such a short time and the results have continued to improve.

For my main search phrase, I'm at position ONE on the 1st page of Google for both my website, and my Google Places Business Listing which Infonomix also built for me!

And my Google Places Listing is also in position ONE for 3 other very competitive terms, and on the first page for lots of other terms too.

It goes without saying that I would recommend Infonomix to any business looking to increase their online presence and profits!
