I initially hired IFAW to make some changes to my company website. At first they were professional, responsive and delivered a high quality service.

Latterly they asked me to pay in advance for a new homepage which, 8 weeks later, had not been delivered and my emails had gone unanswered. As an owner of a small company I would normally be understanding and patient, if the problem could be explained to me in a decent and honest fashion.

Over the past 8 weeks James Hunter has strung me along with various stories including a flat tire, a visit to the GP, a migraine, having to fire staff, losing keys to the office, to name a few. I am appalled at the insult of further wasted time and money I have spent chasing them.

The really disappointing thing is that they are obviously in trouble, but instead of being honest about that, they have continued to deceive people under the guise of actually delivering something (which they won't). The reality is that I would have been patient with them if they could have behaved decently.

I have been informed by a colleague that I am not alone with this problem and would strongly suggest that you either avoid this company entirely or at least have the work completed up front.

I hope that helps you come to a more informed decision about which website company to use. It definitely isn't IFAW in my opinion, and I am truly concerned that others are going to lose their money as I have.

I have enjoyed the benefits of 4 different websites created by IFAW to date - that's over 3 years. Currently, they are building 2 additional ones for me which go live in the next few weeks.

www.onlyconnect.me.uk answers all my business needs - it's a business and social networking event company and is content managed by myself now.

I was very impressed with the service, customer care, and patience whilst dealing with our project and my ever changing requirements. I had a great relationship with the project manager who gave me their mobile number and was always (within reason!) available for my questions.

I have found this continued after the project was completed with additional hand holding when it was needed from the whole web team. Even when I couldn't work the system (user error) the web team were very patient and did not baffle me with web speak, but English!

The whole experience was very professional and enjoyable throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend IFAW to anyone.

I have two websites that are designed and hosted by IFAW. Both site are built around a very easy to use content management system makes it ideal for me to maintain my website and easily create new content, IFAW provided me with a short document on how to change and update my sites which is simple and easy to do. Since the sites have been live I have never noticed any downtime or experienced any problems, the IFAW web support team have always dealt promptly with any of my requests.

I will, and have, recommended the IFAW team to my friends and colleagues
