A: Affordable, Flexible, helpful, informative, communicative

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: From the outset our aim has been to create not only a successful business but also a strong brand, as such we give strong emphasis to our reputation, customer service and service & product quality. We wish to support "local" businesses, i.e. small, independent, traders, with a view to promoting a dispersed and diverse UK economy that is robust and adaptable to change.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: relaxed

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: healthy debate, an open forum for ideas.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We believe in trying to give our clients what they need and what they want (subject to some web design and online marketing advice). We don't believe in trying to give the client what they don't need in order to increase our profits. We are also very flexible, very handy if you wish to fit the costs of your website development around your business's cash flow. We don't keep control of your website content, once you have paid for it its yours to do with as you will, we won't hold you to ransom.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth, local advertising. We should say that it comes mostly via search engines, some does, but in the end you cannot beat talking to people and good customer service for marketing.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have a 3 phase project timeline of 1. design, 2. development and 3. tweaks. Clients are given a contract, to protect both parties and are asked to sign off on completion of each phase. Files are handed over to the client (placed where ever they want them) upon receipt of the final payment.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication, communication and communication

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With a smile

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Meet each team, in the end what will determine the success of the project will be how well the client can work with the web design companies representatives. Its like a job candidate selection, you don't always choose the one with the best CV you choose the one that you can see yourself being able to work with. By the time they have got to the interview stage you have already satisfied your self that on paper they can do the job.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Don't get it built and then ignore it. At the very least, put your website address on your business cards, on the side of your van etc. Preferably, update the content as much as you can, let people know how your company is active. Lastly, set up website visitor monitoring so that you know if people are actually using your website and if so how.
