A: Director

A: Cool, Awesome, On time, Reliable, Friendly .

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Tell clients what you can do for them, we have a proven track record of developing not only great looking websites but ones that convert into sales. Our team are not "Staff" we are a family, we are all family members within a business.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Mostly a fun environment. Our family really flourish and peak at they're highest creativity when they are happy.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: We communicate directly to each other. Theres no emails sent to each other its all communicated face to face. We believe that this is important to not only grow our family's confidence but to grow the company.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our thought process and the way we test everything. Our clients aren't seen as outsiders they are part of the Family. I say that because we have seen a trend in web design companies trying so hard to be either really be super corporate, or really trendy. We base our selves in the middle.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals and referrals from big companies. As we are based in Swansea, South Wales our running costs are not as expensive as London, we are more competitive than Indian based companies.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Client calls us -> We meet: we listen and make a brief is made -> A quote is drawn up -> We have a new Family member!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We bend over backwards and help as much as we can.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Choose the one that you can get on with and go with your gut. Price is not the only thing as they could be the cheapest but they cant keep up with your requirements.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: 100+ Family. Offices world-wide.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: All mobile. Mobile is turning king and a lot of companies have not realised it yet.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: It was an idea i had when I was 21.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Dont order a website like you do your food. Always do a brief before getting quotes.
