A: To make websites affordable for small business owners. To allow them to make contact with a human rather than a faceless automated system. To bring personal approach to business.

A: I work from home and have done for 15 years.

A: Just myself so apart from teh cat who watches my every move - we get along fine.

A: I go out of my way to rteally understand take an interest in my clients business and future successes.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Mostly referrals now and occasionally cold calling.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Total liaison all the way from colour to layout.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Getting to understand exactly what the website is for.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Some are but they just help me to rise to the challenge.

A: Very much by what other clients of theirs have to say about them.

A: Making even more websites than the 2,000 I have personally made the past 15 years.

A: It has longevity and always will. Its a vital part of a business.

A: From my cat.

A: Use it, dont let it sit there. Create new content and above all let people know its there.
