A: Martin Dimmock, I\'m the Owner and Chief Developer.

A: Three words: Professional. Affordable. Reliable.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: Each client is individual so their website should be too. We don\'t waste clients\' money by supplying cheap (or even free) website templates, then charging a fortune to customise them. We provide a bespoke service for all of our clients using up-to-date design and development practices to produce websites that earn money, rather than just sit there on the internet doing nothing. We only succeed, if our clients succeed.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Friendly and down to earth. We won\'t bamboozle you with technobabble - unless you are fluent in technobabble, of course!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Word of mouth.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initial contact > purpose > research > initial design > revisions > final design > handover > continued support if required.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With respect, but if they are wrong, we\'ll tell them and explain why.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Back in the early 1990s I needed to choose a username to register for an online web design community. In those days, the concept of the web and spiders were in heavy use. I remembered in Greek mythology the spider and the web were associated with Ariadne. But Ariadne is a girls name and I\'m male, so I changed the spelling slightly and Harryadney was born. The capitalisation came a bit later: HarryAdney.
