Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We are true believers in quality and consistency. We want to create beautiful brands and amazing websites, that drives sales for our clients. We're here to make the web a better place, by doing things properly for our clients.
Q: Describe your office environment.
A: Warm, tidy, spacious, calm and relaxed. Although memory foam chairs were probably a bad idea.
Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Collaboration and ideation is key here, working together closely to create great products for our clients.
Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Although the company is fairly new, individually we've got 15 years industry experience, world wide. We're always up to date with the latest trends and we work closely with some of the best and well known people in the industry. We are thinkers, designers, developers and innovators. And we'll only settle when we know your happy and your website is working well for your business.
Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: A lot of new customers come through recommendations from previous clients. Some clients are repeat clients. And we also get work through different avenues on the web.
Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Every project is different. But we have a process in place that splits projects up in to phases.
Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Personality, honesty, an understanding of good design and that a great product takes time.
Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Quite simple. We use our project management system, we will advise what is best for them, and we also get it done! However, there are not that many demanding clients these days.
Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: We'll leave the decision to them, we will not pester. Advise however would be that they should carefully compare the quality and standards of each company. They should compare each of the proposals/quotes. They should also consider asking more questions to gain more clarity.

A: We hope to grow our team and to have a few successful products of our own in the future.

A: It is impossible to say. But we'll be up to date with everything that's for certain.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Do not quit. Refine the UX. Put your website address on all material and be consistent at providing friendly customer support.
