A: The customer must always come first. Make sure the customer is aware of everything that is going on throughout the entire process.

A: Relaxed and calm. Focused on meeting the deadline.

A: I am just a one man band ... I don't have a team as such.

A: We base the website around the individual we are not just in the business for the money. We want our customers leaving us with a smile.

A: Social Media and client referrals.

A: We communicate with the customer throughout the entire process making sure they're happy with everything. The same person is with the client throughout the entire process.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Good communication. Respond to emails and calls as quick as you can. Make sure that the client comes first before anything else.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With excellent communication skills! Making sure they're aware of everything that is going on.

A: Always check their portfolio to get a clear understanding of if they are the right company for you. Different website design companies target a different market/sector.

A: One of the top website design companies in the industry for service and support.

A: Greater focus on mobile and tablet devices.

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: I used my surname and then added design after it! I thought it was quite catchy.

A: Take advantage of all of the features in your package. If you have a 10 page website package make sure to use all 10!
