At all stages I was able to discuss the build and structure of the site and have my ideas (and changes of mind!) taken on board. Very easy process, great to deal with, especially for someone with no web design knowledge and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

Carl totally transformed my website. lots of people have commented on the appearance and that it now looks business like and portrays a professional image of our Company. It is now more user friendly and customers can easily see what training courses we have on offer, easily find more information about the courses and easily book a course on line. When people make enquiries or book a course they automatically receive important information that I used to send manually which saves me huge amounts of time and effort which I can use to manage and promote my business. We worked with Carl from Good4businesses.
After an initial couple of phone meetings he ran with the project entirely, requiring little input from ourselves. The site has a young/fresh feel to it - something which is important to us as a children's charity.
The majority of our communication was via email, and Carl responded promptly to any requests that we put his way.
He was happy to make some changes to the format/layout once the initial build had been completed. Great piece of work and is now a fully functioning site for us to develop into the future.
We'll certainly be using them for our ongoing development, and Carl has already suggested ways in which this can be done.

From the second we discussed my website i could tell straight away that i had there full attention. Very enthusiastic an creative putting ideas across about what they was going to create for me. I had a few request of what and how i wanted it to be. Some of my ideas was good some bad but carl really helped me and my ideas evolve into just as i wanted it. The 24/7 customer service that i recived was ever so helpfull as myself is a perfectionist and if something is wrong or wasnt to my liking i would contact carl and it would be fixed/changed in the blink of an eye. Communication is a big factor to me and in the IT worls there are a lot of words and phrases i would not understand but carl was crystal clear everytime and made it easy to understand. The final outcome of my website was amazing and i was over the moon with it there was alot of features/desighns which i hadnt anticipated but was really excited about once i seen them. The website is really a lot better than i had first thourght it would be and can not thank carl enough for what he ha done for my business. I would definatly reccomend to anybody an will be using again and again.

I was made to feel as if I was a special client, nothing was to much trouble.
Carl was very professional, explaining in detail any thing I didn't understand.
I was more than happy with the outcome, the site looks great, feed back from my clients are very complimentary.
I didn't expect the site to be so interactive, I was able to contact Carl at any time, in which I did, Carl talking me through the site step by step. Above and beyond the call of duty.
The only complication was my lack of knowledge, as mentioned above, with Carls help, I feel my knowledge has greatly improved, from being an area I had little knowledge, to being able to cut and paste from my web site, send links in emails, doesn't sound much now, but six months ago I couldn't turn the computer on. These are a first rate web design company. Right from the onset they were very attentive to our needs and worked with us to find and then produce the right logo for our company. During the building of the website they consulted and updated us on a regular basis and listened to our feedback and efficiently made any changes that we wanted even when we changed our minds on certain content several times!!
We were really pleased with the outcome and the ability to manage our own changes through the admin tool is great as we can do this immediately thus enabling the website to be updated and refreshed on a regular basis.

With very challenging timescales Carl Brook from Good4Bbusiness worked with us to create the design and structure of the website which needed to incorporate a number of components including varying participant logos, quotes, photos and case studies and a contact us facility incorporating a number of different functions. The project was further complicated by the number of stakeholders who needed to approve the style and content of the website but Carl was able to translate our high level and changing requirements into a professional website. I can not recommend Carl and Good Good4businesses enough, I was extremely happy with the web page provided for me,right from the inception of the logo design and the putting the together of my site through to after care, when I accidentally deleted my whole site it was restored within an hour.
When Carl suggested an update to my page I personally could not believe he could make it any better than it was already, How wrong I was. My new web page (the second from Good4businesses) went live in the early hours of this morning, how many other web designers will be awake at that time of day, let alone email you at 2.30am to let you know that your site is live.
Quite simply my business would not exist without my web page, its the strongest marketing tool I have I'm able to use it to put across large amounts of information to clients quickly from testimonials to photographs, I have no doubt it would not be possible without the web pages that Good4businesses have done for me.

From the second we discussed my website i could tell straight away that i had there full attention. Very enthusiastic an creative putting ideas across about what they was going to create for me. I had a few request of what and how i wanted it to be. Some of my ideas was good some bad but carl really helped me and my ideas evolve into just as i wanted it. The 24/7 customer service that i recived was ever so helpfull as myself is a perfectionist and if something is wrong or wasnt to my liking i would contact carl and it would be fixed/changed in the blink of an eye. Communication is a big factor to me and in the IT worls there are a lot of words and phrases i would not understand but carl was crystal clear everytime and made it easy to understand. The final outcome of my website was amazing and i was over the moon with it there was alot of features/desighns which i hadnt anticipated but was really excited about once i seen them. The website is really a lot better than i had first thourght it would be and can not thank carl enough for what he ha done for my business. I would definatly reccomend to anybody an will be using again and again.

Carl was always at hand, available for discussion, I felt he was listening and understood exactly what I was looking for.
Carl was given a brief, and came up with the goods.
I was made to feel as if I was a special client, nothing was to much trouble.
Carl was very professional, explaining in detail any thing I didn't understand.
I was more than happy with the outcome, the site looks great, feed back from my clients are very complimentary.
I didn't expect the site to be so interactive, I was able to contact Carl at any time, in which I did, Carl talking me through the site step by step. Above and beyond the call of duty.
The only complication was my lack of knowledge, as mentioned above, with Carls help, I feel my knowledge has greatly improved, from being an area I had little knowledge, to being able to cut and paste from my web site, send links in emails, doesn't sound much now, but six months ago I couldn't turn the computer on. Thanks Carl !
