A: I get the inspiration from the client brief and my partner finds the reality within the project's limitations, to bring a perfect website to life.

A: Doing things right the first time! From the brief to design, develop, deploy and deliver a skillfully made website.

A: Word of mouth, satisfied customer recommendations.

A: Built in critical path agreement with any contract, with set and agreed dates from the moment go!

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Keeping people up to date is the most important part of any client or customer relations worth having, communication is key.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Again, from the start, design is an open process, we charge by the hour when things go overhead. Usually, the most demanding clients become the less demanding ones when the clock starts ticking.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Personality, design is like beauty, it is in the eye of the beholder, check their portfolio, it is usually a good guide on what they can deliver. Having said that a designer with 20 templates is not a good designer. how easy for a client to see the source code is another matter.

A: Expanding to 5 more people and working remotely, around the globe with a 24/7 customer support.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Moving into an app design industry, the easier websites are built the more need for a good designer is important.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: Gkionis is my last name and it means "the night owl", a small Eurasian owl that the legend has it looking for its brother in the summer nights of my country of origin. Gkionify is the name of the business and an owl is our logo.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Get an analytics account, see how your website is actually working, look at what people are really looking for in your website and invest time and resources on that. Make informed decisions.
