A: Thom Driver, founder.

A: Personal, flexible, creative-led, efficient, reliable.

Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We specialise in producing bespoke websites for individuals and organisations, mostly in the creative industries. We believe that less is often more, and produce websites which keep things simple, elegant and easy to use at all times.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: 5th floor, with big windows overlooking north-east London. A sturdy table for the computers and plenty of plants for well-being. I often work away so I use a laptop for most work, but also have a large screen for the design elements of the job.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: I mostly work on my own, but collaborate with other programmers and designers as necessary via email, skype or over a good strong coffee.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Personal, dedicated service before and after websites are completed.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Usually through word of mouth, but also via web design and creative industry listings.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Primarily good communication. Also, providing realistic estimates regarding time and cost and sticking to them; and ensuring any hiccups are dealt with quickly and decisively.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Again, communication is key. It is important to modify your approach according to the client's situation and needs.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Decide what the purpose of your site is. This is the single most important consideration for producing any website, and determines pretty much everything that follows.
