A: We plan, design and develop web sites, interactive experiences and brands that empower our clients, enabling them to achieve the best possible communication strategy and succeed above their competition.

A: Fun & Relaxed. We like to keep creativity flowing with a good atmosphere in the office.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Just because your site has launched doesn't mean we're out of the picture. In fact, just the opposite! A great design can only become epic after launch when we can see how people are using the site. We look at entry points, popular content and other optimisation strategies to make sure that both you and your users are getting the best web experience possible.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get most of our enquiries through from word of mouth, referrals and css award galleries. Often we create mail shots to new and existing clients showcasing our latest work, services & featured offersl

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We discover the goals and objectives of the client and create an information architecture. Once signed off, we work closely on creating fantastic web visuals for the client to view and amend, after which we put together the website in fully validated xhtml & css. Once launched we concentrate on managing the clients site, optimising it so that they get the best possible service available.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication is the key to success of any business. We strive to to keep our clients up to date with every regarding their project. We like to keep them in loop so that they can get as excited as us during the design and build process!

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Our process of management is second to none. We can keep to any deadlines and still please the most demanding of clients whatever their needs.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: The lead design agency in the midlands, where our innovation exceeds over all the competition.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Taking over the world! Even though it already is! Technology of the software is going to play a huge factor in the web industry, and with what is offered now.. I cant even being to predict where it will be!

A: Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: After many weeks of feedback from family & friends. It finally got to the point where we had to make a decision if we were to start trading as a website agency! Its stuck now, and we like it!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Always look to keep your website up to date. Invest in optimising your website. We hate to see companies have a fantastic website which no-one knows about! If you market your company and website, you will be guaranteed great rewards.
