Paula was very professional and easy to approach. She was willing to listen to what I wanted and offer helpful suggestions and improvements. I found it easy to get hold of her and responses were always prompt.
At different intervals I was asked to look at what had been done do check I was happy with the progress. Any changes required where taken on bored and rectified were possible. The website was a big challenge due to my pricing structure and forgetmedot fulfilled the requirements and overcame all of the difficult issues.
I understood exactly what was happening and was told only the information that was relevant, I am very pleased with the final result and have had lots of very positive comments and suggestions from visitors. Forgetmedot.com provided us with a one to one working relationship throughout the whole process, personally visiting our premises and taking into account the many diverse requirements of a private members golf club.
