A: Our offices are just right for our small team. Buzzing with new ideas, which we scribble across the walls

A: We're a close-knit team coming at all projects from a variety of angles. We work efficiently, but we also like to have a bit of fun and of course regular excursions!

A: We have a remarkable product. It's true potential is yet to be fully realised. We are prepared for anything!

A: Referrals

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Meet regularly. Communicate more. Encourage and support proper testing. Pre- and post-completion training and support.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication (and chocolates)

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: Wherever possible we will try to adjust our workload to accommodate demanding clients.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Don't just take them on their provided testimonials and portfolio; contact one or two of their clients directly, ask them how things went. You will get a better idea of how they will work with you.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Among the innovative web companies working on some of the next big interconnected web applications.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: The web is going to become the platform to build for. It's already conquered the desktop and it's starting to do the same on mobiles... build for the web and you can run anywhere!

A: Both PC and Mac

A: We scratched our heads for a while, did some Googling, had a few donuts and came back with Flipstorm.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Sell it! Don't just generate leads, generate revenue. If your website isn't making you money, give us a call!
