A: It's easier to over complicate and use jargon. Ideas should be kept simple and communication straightforward. Everything we do is based on a simple way to behave. Creative thinking and straight talking.

A: Clearly defined roles and processes for every member of the fireworx team means eveyone knows what is expected of them and how to deliver on our philosophy.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Straight talking? Too many agencies give you big impressive speeches about how great they are with the usual marketing talk. Keep it simple but very effective. It's our philosophy.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Referrals and networking.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We have and initial briefing to look at business targets and what success looks like to the client. Next comes the analysis, then our strategy. Then we implement, monitor, refine and review.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Trust, transparency and delivering on our philosophy

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: What are they? Sometimes mistakes happen but by being honest and transparent we always feel we can find the solution required to keep the most demanding client satisfied.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Look at previous work undertaken by each agency and see which one you think is the best fit. Ask for recommendations and just so you know, we come well recommend on RAR!

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Continuing to help long standing, valued clients and looking to add exciting new ones!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Barely a week or month passes without a new innovation, process or programme. It's our responsibility to make sure we help to shape the future in the best way possible. We can't know what the future holds, but we need to keep an open mind and a keen eye on developments so we can best advise and guide our clients on best practice and suitability for them.

A: Both PC and Mac

A: Remember the first time you saw a Firework display? It’s the same emotion, that wonder, we look to engender in the work we do everyday.
