A: Face to face, telephone, e-mail, messenger and text. Generally the most suitable for the project we are working on. I have clients and colleagues spread across the country.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I have an excellent customer service and work one to one with our clients producing websites that meet their requirements as close to their original remit within best possible accessibility and usability current practice.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: By word of mouth, client recommendation, B2B networking and Business Link.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Communication, communication, communication. We always keep our clients updated and involved. I use regular face to face meetings and a locked server system that allows our clients to see their website in production, this proves invaluable especially when clients have problems visualising how they want their site to look.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Honesty, flexibility, good communication and being available out of normal office hours.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: With TLC, good communication and to make them feel they are my only client.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Talk to the companies that they have short-listed and see what they are actually offering are there add on that they have to pay for and then look at what we offer. The choice is always the clients and they should have all the facts.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I don't have a crystal ball, but I do know it will have a wonderful portfolio.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: With the introduction of HTML5 and CSS3 I can see that websites will become more and more accessible and user-friendly with less reliance on old non-compatible technologies. Allowing for much wider accessibility across all platforms.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: From the discovery of the "Eve" Gene. I wanted to portray a feminine and professional image.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Perfect copy, clean accessible layout, navigation and contact info. I recommend that they keep their site updated. Fresh content and unique ideas will always keep you ahead of the game and will convert your visitors to customers.
