A: We create unique and successful online marketing strategies for every business with your clients and goals in mind.

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: We are based in a business hub centre in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: Every member at Essex Web Creative has a specialist role in the company. I.e. Graphic design, social media marketing, website development etc so we have a specialist in every field. We uphold staff meetings at every stage of a project to engage and gather a complete understanding. We use software called teamwork which helps us all collaborate together to share ideas and updates with not only the team but with our clients too. This helps to supply complete transparency on every job we undertake but it also helps the team.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We take a bespoke and unique approach with every client this means we do not provide packages but can work around your goals and budget in mind. Everything we do is completely transparent you know what you are going to get and what to expect before we start. Everything we do is in-house (no outsourcing) and bespoke to your means. This helps us to not lose anything in translation with other third parties and turn around our work in a reasonable time.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Around about 60% of our leads come from referrals and current clients, the rest comes from a range of our own in-house online marketing whether it be through inbound marketing such as search engine optimisation, social media marketing, pay per click marketing or outbound marketing too.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We start every website with a large amount of discovery before we get going. This helps us to better plan and take the unique approach for you business without forgetting any important fundamentals. We supply every client with a login to our project management system to ensure complete transparency from start to finish. We also include multiple meetings via phone or 1-2-1 along with emails updating with progress throughout the project.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication and an honest approach is our number one priority to ensure we keep a good client relationship.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We offer support and maintenance contracts for clients that require more time and work on a day to day basis.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: I recommend selecting the company that understands, listens to you and addresses their requirements. Any company that wants to rush you without going through your project in detail will lead to further issues and disappointment down the road. Do not always make the decision on price it could cost you and your business more in the future, this doesnt mean the most expensive is the best but the company that has a great portfolio and really listens to your business and goes the extra mile will be the best fit for your company.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: In ten years I hope to have multiple branches around the UK and hopefully in other countries too.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Its hard to tell, it moves so fast along with technology. Ten years ago no one would have believed it would be where it is today. We enjoy constantly learning and adapting to the new and upcoming changes to stay ahead of the game. Where ever it leads we hope to follow and keep up with all of the latest changes has it evolves over time

A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: It was quite a simple decision we are best in "Essex" our services are "web" based and we are all "creatives". So we saw it as a fitting decision for not only in sound but for search engine optimisation too.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Take your time to plan and research before starting with any website. Every business takes time to become successful and so does every website too.
