Enhanced Design Services (EDS) helped us right through our web site project from requirements process, design & implementation to now running a Managed Service. I am absolutely delighted with the way EDS has worked with us and the results we have achieved.

EDS has excellent technical skills but for us the big bonus was their approach. They took time out to get to know us as an organisation, where we were at and where we wanted to go. The web site had become something that 'had to be done' rather than a marketing tool and EDS were pro-active in assisting us to get this right e.g. maximising our content in Google and designing for our new on-line booking application.

I enjoy working with EDS as they are genuine partners; they keep their promises and openly tell you if they think something's not right. I am pleased to say that there have never been any unexpected 'surprises' either from a delivery standpoint or a time to respond point-of-view. As I write this I'm thinking in the IT world that's quite something to say isn't it?

Simon was very responsive and asked us to consider various aspects that we had not thought about. We initially wanted an all singing 'flash' type interactive site which although is still very much 'do-able' would not achieve our objective of actually being found regularly at the top of Google searches!

Any alterations have been quickly completed and gone live and as a result we are getting a number of cold callers based solely on the website contact details. Because of the nature of our business, which is tightly regulated, we cannot always take up any new leads but it does provide use with a great source of new clients when business is quietening off.

We intend to add an 'activities to-do' type page and Simon has been very supportive along with discussions about other future development s and as such Simon has been a great source of help and advice and made sure we could walk before we could run.

There are plenty of high tech sites and advice on the Web but what is really important to a small business is how do I get out there, on the Internet, quickly and with a quality product attracting the sort of clients we would like to work with, Simon has managed to do this and more, I commend him to you.

This is the third site we have commissioned Enhanced Design Services to produce for us.

As with the previous sites their service is impeccable, from start to finish we were kept appraised of the progress.

We also use the ongoing support and optimisation package, with fantastic results, we are top of Google for our keywords which attracts a large number of enquiries.

They respond to any update or question extremely quickly, our previous provider failed to do this.
