A : After having a great meal at The Electric Brasserie in Notting Hill, the coin dropped. The name Electric Studio might be a pure rip-off, but we don't care ;-)

You only have to look at our website to understand that Electric Studio is one of the best website designers around.

The website was designed to our needs and specification. The communication from Electic Studio was great, if I had a problem with anything I would just pick up the phone and Electric Studio would deal with the issue there and then.

The website platform they used was very simple and easy to use with great effects and the design was really appealing to the eye of the customer.

We did have a couple of complications with regards to the running of the website when it went live, but they handled this very well and sorted the problem out within a couple of hours.

I will not hesitate in using Electric Sudio again in the near future and would recommend them to anyone. Just take a look at our website. www.ecomcameras.co.uk and you will see hw great it is. We always get customers commenting on the look and feel.

A: Our offices are in one or Europe's largest business parks, Milton Park. The infrastructure is modern, and our offices are very airy, bright and modern with the latest tools and software solutions available.

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We keep a clear focus on WordPress, Web Design, Mobile Apps and Online Marketing and don't try to be an all singing, all dancing agency.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get the majority of leads from Google and by recommendation

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: By keeping a good conversation and a transparent relation ship going

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We have clear contracts and tasks outlined before we start any project in order to avoid any disputes, but the best way to solv any issues is to talk.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Choose the one you you felt most at ease with and always remember, you usually get what you pay for.
