A: To provide big business expertise to local businesses. Advise and interact with all sizes of business, large and small in providing first class online solutions that suit their requirements not ours.

A: Trampolines, Sandpits, Ballpit, Crayons, Cuddly Toys, Blankety Blank Chequebook and Pen oh and a desk or 2!

A: We are a group of friends and colleagues from the world of corporate and big media agencies who've come together with a common goal of providing first class web solutions to all our customers

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are a collaborative network of web professionals, this means that for any size job we can call on first class expertise to complete the work in a timely and most importantly cost effective manner.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Recommendation and word of mouth...which is the same thing!

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We use basecamp to manage all of our projects

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Understanding their business and speaking english.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The same way we manage all of our clients, communication and best advice.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Don't rely on price alone and really investigate what you're getting for your money. Most importanly ensure the solution you're being provided is transportable and you can take it with you if it doesn't work out with your chosen web company.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: With oodles of really happy customers who send us happy smiley cards of joy and recommend us to everyone!

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Everyone working to the same set of standards, Internet explorer not breaking my layouts and peace on earth...that'll do us!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: We were going to go with a cheesey Soho media agency 'Purple Gibbon Face' or something odd like that but decided to be a bit more professional with our name with the one concession being our funky dog!

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Ensure your website is clear, concise, has intuitive calls to action and most importanty sells your business to the best of your ability.
