We have worked with a number of developers over the years and what we have fount is that developers tend to give unrealistic time frames. But these guys were great to work with, very efficient and they gave a realistic time frame on projects and they delivered. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic. I loved working with these guys. They helped me along the way and were very accomodating to my needs.They communicated very well to me and David was always available when i needed to talk through something. I was very happy with the final outcome and i think the whole project was exceptionally handled. They went above and beyond in quite a few areas and did some extra graphics for me.

He lets me know whats going on and always gets back to me. They do not use jargon and keep things as simple as possible so i understand everything that is going on.

David at Ecentury Ltd worked well on my website. The communication lines were clear and precise and i am very very pleased with what he has done and the end result. I would recommend Ecentury to any person who has or needs a website.

All the colours and design that i wanted was taken into concideration, we discussed what my requirememt were and David fulffilled that. He kept me well informed on his progress and sent me up to date test sites so i could see how it looked.

Ecentury website design produced a great website for me. After i went to visit ecentury in their West Midlands office i was convinced that it was them i wanted to use as they understand my needs and had a passion to create a really good design. The website was finished in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend ecentury for website design and development. Not only in the West Midlands but for the whole of the UK as they answer all emails and phone support

I needed an ecommerce website to sell my art products. Ecentury built a fantastic design in no time and then developed an easy to use system that i could add products to myself and update the price and details as much as i wanted. It is all very easy when you get the hang of it. I also continue to work with them as they have done more graphics for the shop and also added more payments like google checkout and paypal. They charge very little and always available on the phone if you need help.

Ecentury were very easy to talk to and got the website built within a very reasonale timeframe and within our budget.

A: We like to work closely with businesses to really understand their needs and provide dedicated services that make a difference to the client

A: Fantastic communication both internally and externally is our number one aim. If the communication is effective the outcome is always positive

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: I would like to think we are more dedicated than most, we are often considered by our clients as part of their company, and I love that.

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Most of our work comes from existing clients wanting further improvements or changes. Which is fantastic as it shows how happy our clients are with the work we have produced.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Initially we try to understand the aims of the client, either on the phone or face to face. Often we come up with different suggestions than the ones the client was originally thinking. This is followed by a detailed quote and discussion about what we can do. Once agreed and signed off we keep the client fully informed and add the work to a test server so the client can see exactly what it looks like before it goes live.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communcation is essential, and understand their needs. A lot of clients tell me that previous web designers did not listen to them and just produced the work they thought would look good. But we like to understand that every business has their own aims and we try to fit them around all the work we do.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: I think if you set everything out clearly from the start then projects run smoothly. With demanding clients I try to patient and explain what can and cant be done.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Decide on what type of relationship you want. With a small company like eCentury I speak every day to some of my clients and we have a very close business relationship. We are also down to earth with no jargon allowed. If you want a company that talks the talk there are plenty of glossy big web design companies, but we just like getting down to business using the simplest terms possible so you understand what is going on

A: It will advance more towards mobile, more ecommerce focused.
