They presented several ideas for the branding, website and marketing materials which were always focussed on achieving the best possible results. We approached dotcentric with a vision for our company - what they delivered surpassed our expectations. Their advice and expertise made us feel that we were working with a company that had our business' best interest at hearts.

Al listened to all our ideas for the website, and advised on what would look & work best. His team produced several prototypes for consideration, and then worked with us to 'tweak' the final version to our requirements.

We were delighted to learn that the final version was then optimised for smartphones & tablets -- something that we did not realise was necessary in order to manage future costs, but were very grateful to Al & his team for.

We have had nothing but positive feedback regarding the new website from both clients & prospects.

As far as we are concerned, the key to successful web projects is communication, designers maybe technically proficient and produce creative designs with great aesthetics, but the designer cannot know the product and its market as well as us, the client. This is where the importance of communication comes in.

From the first point of contact, to the initial consultation, right through to testing and launch, we are always in regular communication with our designers. You can judge a good design team by the questions they ask and how they react to the answers and information you respond with. Dotcentric do this very well, if points are raised and changes discussed, then these issues are addressed and worked through.

Its also important to us that the technical issues can be discussed using language we understand, in order to make design decisions we need the relevant information in order to do so, if we don' fully understand this information because of technical jargon then poor decisions can be made. Dotcentric understand our level of technical knowhow and provide us with clear information we can work with... without patronising us...

The launch of a website is not the end (unfortunately), like any store, they need updating and improving. We have worked with designers in the past that cease to communicate once the initial project has been completed. As a client this is very disappointing. Since our first project working with Dotcentric was launched we have kept in constant communication with them, reviewing performance and making changes.

We regard quality communication between ourselves and our designers very highly but this obviously needs to be combined with technical and creative capabilities, the Dotcentric team have both and thats why we work with them today.
