Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: We are very client focused, we never try to up sell or blind a client with technical jargon

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: Internet advertising and word of mouth. If your existing customers are happy they do the promoting for you.

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: Constant communication is the key to success. We use timescales and contact to keep the client updated and assured of what is happening.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Not to bully the client into something that they do not want, always listen to the brief and stick to it.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: We Dont have demanding clients as we are in constant communication. No one is demanding to an extent, you have to realize that the site is like the company's new child and they want to make sure its perfect.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: By creating a shortlist of what they require and matching that to the company that suits them best. I would also recommend that they contact the company's to gather what customer service is like as that is sometimes the most important thing.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: Hopefully full of happy clients and well respected.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Things are changing way to fast to answer this. If schools keep teaching on computers then i expect a new wave of young designers to hit the scene. Things will get bigger and better.

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

Q: How was your company name chosen?
A: My partner came up with the name. Not really a big wow story but i asked her and she said "what about Domain Designs Co"

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Always stay customer focused. Happy customers are returning customers...
