Q: What's your business philosophy?
A: We ALWAYS design sites from scratch, and keep in constant contact with the client. We believe that communication and approving every step of a website development is key, and we show this in all our work!

Q: Describe your office environment.
A: As I work from home, it means I can focus more on my clients projects and less about paying my office bills.

Q: Describe how your team interact and work together.
A: DLCoding has a range of business contacts around Exmouth and East Devon, many of these contact are successful Printing Businesses, Designers, Photographers etc. This means we can offer a comprehensive service to all our clients!

Q: What makes you different from other web design companies?
A: Our cooperation with other local businesses. We pool our resources and offer a comprehensive range of services and offers!

Q: How do you get the majority of your business?
A: We get most clients from word of mouth and referrals

Q: Describe how you manage projects from the initial client contact to completion and handover.
A: We make sure the client is happy at every stage of the development. We have a procedure to development and communication. To be blunt, if we develop a site the client isn't happy with, we have wasted time and effort.

Q: What do you think is the most crucial element of creating a good client relationship?
A: Communication. Keeping in contact with our clients is key.

Q: How do you manage demanding clients?
A: The word "demanding" is a little ambiguous. Our clients are paying for a service, if we aren't offering the right service, they demand the right one. Keeping in contact and communicating with our clients tends to stop this from happening.

Q: If a client was trying to decide between a shortlist of web design companies, how would you recommend they go about selecting the right one for them?
A: Sometimes, there isn't really a way of deciding. If you go for the cheapest, you may not get the quality and attention you deserve, however, if you go for the highest priced quote, they might be making you purchase things you don't need.

Q: Where do you see your company in 10 years time?
A: I would like to expand DLCoding to include several developers and also to incorporate some of my personal projects into a business form.

Q: Where do you see the web design industry in the future?
A: Web design changes every year. Its impossible to know. However, it would be nice to think that we would be somewhere at the top of that industry!

Q: What computers do you have use in your offices, PCs or Macs?
A: Both PC and Mac

A: My name is Dean Lovett, and im a developer (or CODER) - DLCoding.

Q: If you were to give your clients one tip on how to get the most from their website what would it be?
A: Promote. Promote. Promote. You can have the best website in the world, if no-one knows about it, its pointless! This is why we offer web marketing to accompany websites!
